Participants are eligible to win a $500 donation for an Arkansas nonprofit.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is the only federal holiday designated as a national day of service. Each year, the holiday is observed on the third Monday in January as “a day on, not a day off.”
Despite the pandemic, Arkansans around the state are still planning to participate in acts of service and we want to know what you’ll be doing to serve your community. We also want to give back, so we’re offering the opportunity to win a $500 donation for the charity of your choice.
To enter our giveaway you must:
– Like our post, follow @argotsoul, AND leave a comment about your MLK Day of Service plans on one of our social media posts on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn for one entry
– Share our post to your Instagram story, Facebook feed or LinkedIn feed for one additional entry
– Post a picture to your feed about your service plans for MLK Day and tag @argotsoul for three entries
Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18. We will randomly select and announce a winner on Tuesday, Jan. 19. The winner may choose an Arkansas nonprofit to be the recipient of a $500 donation from Arkansas Soul. The organization should be run by and/or serve BIPOC Arkansans.
